Full Grain Leather
The hides used for our uppers are "full grain" type, ie theycomefromthebestqualitypartofthehyde. The special tanning treatments then give the leather the necessary qualities of water repellence and breathability.
Comfort Fit System
All Oxtar boots are fashioned on a last, the same technique used for the highest quality conventional and sports footwear. Shaped around a last that faithfully reproduces the anatomy of the human foot, the upper fits the foot snugly without cramping it, providing maximum comfort and support.
GORE-TEX
The application of the GORE-TEX membrane in footwear has revolutionized the concept of waterproofing. In fact, thanks to this innovative material, it has been possible to reconcile two hitherto mutually exclusive attributes: waterproofing and breathability. |
