d3o™ Intelligent Shock Absorption™ is a patented, shock absorbing material, engineered with Intelligent Molecules. d3o™ is rate-sensitive meaning that when moved slowly, the molecules flow freely making it soft and flexible. At high speeds however–like in an impact–the molecules lock together making the material an excellent shock absorber. The whole process is repeatable, occurs instantly and returns to its original state as soon as the impact is over.

Tech Liner Jacket
As the mid-layer between the Basegear and the jacket shell, TPG’s Tech Liner serves as the temperature-control-valve of the group. Constructed of a soft, windproof and breathable material featuring waterproof zippers on the pockets, internal fleece cuff bands on the sleeves and intake vents on the chest, the Tech Liner functions as the multi-tasker of the group, and is included with the purchase of every TPG jacket.
Outer Jackets
Men's Rainier, Men's Teton, Women's Monarch TPG jackets deliver supreme performance in all weather conditions. There are plenty of pockets for small or large valuables. Front and rear reflective panels and a loop for attaching an LED flasher, provide high visibility at night or in poor lighting conditions. Shoulder and elbow protection includes KNOX® CE-approved armor and internal Teramid® reinforced panels for abrasion-resistance. Using the internal pull cord, you can "lock" the Max-Flow intake vents open to provide a cooling airflow and you'll appreciate the internal helmet hood that keeps water from dripping down your back.
