I very rarely take the time to write a testimonial. If I like the overall service a company provides, I'll just continue doing business with them, and recommend them. Well, with Rockheadbikes, I just felt compelled to write something also.
Their service was excellent on my first small order for a hard to find helmet visor. My visor arrived in 2 days. So I tried them again on a larger order, a riding jacket and pants. Once again my items arrived in 2 days. Unfortunately, due to strange sizing on the multi-purpose jacket I ordered, I needed to return it. No problem whatsoever. Sent back the jacket just as it was sent to me, and received a prompt cc credit for the item. I ordered another jacket and tank bag as replacements, and again had the items in 2 days. A few days later, I decided I could also use a backrest bag. Again, two days after phone ordering, the item was in my hands....

Just wanted to say THANKS for the GREAT service on my recent order. Not only did you have one of the lowest prices, you offered the Tracking number, so I knew when my helmet would arrive. Plus the very fast shipping and arrival of my helmet!!!!!!! which was also in Perfect shape and fit. You guys are the Greatest, and AAA+ in my book.
